Sep 12, 2023 · Santorini is still buzzing and busy in September, and all restaurants, hotels, and shops are open. Because the island is less busy during this month, you won’t have to make reservations for most restaurants and bars. Although for restaurants with views or if you wish to sit on the terrace, I do still recommend you make a reservation.
